From focused valve painting to complete surface treatment.
S2 began in 2019 with industrial valve painting. As customer requirements developed, zinc, manganese and iron phosphating capability was added in 2020 through a dedicated second unit.
In May 2025, the painting operation moved to a larger Unit 1 and head-office facility in SIDCO New Industrial Estate, Maraimalai Nagar, Chengalpattu District, Tamil Nadu.
Today, Unit 1 supports grit blasting, industrial painting, material control, inspection and dispatch, while Unit 2 supports phosphating, powder coating and selected special-coating processes.
