Unit 2

Phosphating unit

Unit 2 has a seven-tank zinc line with 1,800 × 1,200 × 1,500 mm tanks and a six-tank manganese line with 1,500 × 1,000 × 1,500 mm tanks.

Unit 2 · Maraimalai Nagar

Phosphating & powder coating

Immersion phosphating for valve and automotive components is supported by daily or shift-based bath-strength testing and a dedicated laboratory area. Current monthly phosphating capacity is 400 tonnes, with an additional 250 tonnes of spare capacity.
