Inspected.
Built around the way industrial components are prepared, protected and delivered.
S2 Surface Solutions is an industrial surface-engineering company supporting valves, engineered components and critical equipment with practical, specification-led finishing solutions.
Painting, phosphating, powder coating, inspection and dispatch—coordinated around the customer’s component and coating requirement.
From a focused painting operation to broader surface-treatment capability.
We began in 2019 with industrial valve painting. As customer requirements developed, we added zinc, manganese and iron phosphating in 2020, creating a dedicated second unit for controlled chemical surface treatment.
In May 2025, our painting operation moved to a larger Unit 1 and head-office facility in SIDCO New Industrial Estate, Maraimalai Nagar, Chengalpattu District, Tamil Nadu. The site brings together indoor grit blasting, dry-painting booths, material storage, component handling and inspection support.
